What would happen if you suddenly discovered your identity was royal?
- Your name would change
- Your status in society would change
- Your financial position would change
- Your influence would change
The truth is when you accept Jesus as Savior, you become a child of God and the King of kings. But the enemy will try to either keep you from learning who your identity is in Christ or he will try to lie to you about not taking your place. Today I want to stir you up to rediscover and openly testify who you are in Christ.
Just as we put on clothes every day, we also put on the thoughts of the new man.
Ephesians 4:23-24 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Your new man looks better than the old. When a person accepts Jesus as Savior, they become a new creature. This new person has been made right with God. This new person is set apart for Him. The truth is, you have a new identity. So don’t allow the world to steal it!
